Overview

24 Wins is an independent fan-made F1 draft and season simulator created by Harvey. This policy explains what data the site collects, how it is used, and your rights regarding that data.

What we collect

If you create an account, we store the following information through our database provider, Supabase:

Your email address (used for authentication), a display name you choose, your profile picture preference (a country flag selection), your game results including team names, draft selections, scores, and difficulty settings, and your achievement progress.

If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo from Google. We do not access any other Google account data.

If you play without signing in, no personal data is collected or stored. Game state is held in your browser's memory only and is lost when you close the page.

Local storage

The site uses your browser's localStorage to remember your preferred team name, team colour, and draft year range between sessions. This data stays on your device and is never sent to any server.

How we use your data

Account data is used to save your game history, display your stats on your profile, populate the public leaderboard, and track achievement progress. Your display name and game results are visible to other users on the leaderboard. Your email address is never displayed publicly.

Third-party services

The site uses the following third-party services:

Supabase provides authentication and database hosting. Your account data is stored on Supabase's infrastructure. Their privacy policy is available at supabase.com/privacy.

Google OAuth is used as an optional sign-in method. Google's privacy policy applies to the authentication process.

Netlify hosts the site. Netlify may collect standard web server logs including IP addresses and browser information. Their privacy policy is available at netlify.com/privacy.

flagcdn.com serves country flag images. No personal data is sent to this service beyond standard HTTP requests.

Google Fonts serves the typefaces used on the site. Google's privacy policy applies.

Cookies

24 Wins does not set any cookies directly. Third-party services (Supabase authentication, Google OAuth) may set cookies as part of the sign-in process.

Data retention

Your account data is retained for as long as your account exists. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting the site operator.

Your rights

You can view all data associated with your account on your profile page. You can update your display name, email address, and password at any time through the settings section on your profile. To request complete deletion of your account and data, fill in the contact form linked at the bottom of this page.

Children

24 Wins is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

Changes

This policy may be updated from time to time. The date at the top of the page indicates when it was last revised.
